Brief

VSO sought a consultant to develop compelling success stories for the Active Citizenship Through Inclusive Volunteering & Empowerment (ACTIVE) project, funded by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). The goal was to capture and showcase the project's impact by highlighting key themes and making its achievements accessible to external audiences.

Mercè's Contribution

Mercè reviewed complex Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) reports and conducted interviews with key stakeholders to gather valuable insights. She then developed and designed five high-quality success stories, combining engaging copywriting with visually compelling design to effectively communicate the program’s impact.

Results

The success stories played a key role in supporting VSO’s fundraising efforts and were prominently featured on the organization’s website, increasing the visibility and impact of the ACTIVE project.
